Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on work completed. No refunds are provided for completed and delivered services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (such as website credentials) to enable us to perform our services. Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and deliverables created by SEOBacklinksMart become the client's property upon full payment, except for our proprietary methodologies and tools. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

SEOBacklinksMart and Erankr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
